On the occasion of Expo 2010 Shanghai China, Shanghai Library, together with cooperation from Changning District Library which is the home to “Window to China” and “Window of Shanghai” in China, is about to conduct another writing contest to invite overseas readers to write book review/comments on the “Window of Shanghai” Collection and/or their personal experience related to China and Shanghai in particular. Submissions must be received by July 31, 2010 and the final result announced in August of 2010, when 20 finalists will be selected, with 1 first prize, 3 second prizes and 16 honorable mentions. The top 4 winners will be invited to the award ceremony in Shanghai. And all the related airline and accommodation expenses will be covered by the organizer.
